Finale at Sand Key Beach

Taub Entities acquired the last remaining parcel on exclusive Sand Key Beach, where they have designed and are building a 23 unit, 7 story, luxury condominium project.  This is the first such condominium project developed since the recession of 2007-2012.  However, due to the success of the Utopia condominium project, a mile north of this site, Taub was able to pre-sell the entire Finale building prior to breaking ground.  

This contemporary design, consisting of white stucco and aqua marine glass with glass railings is uniquely situated on the site allowing for direct Gulf views from every unit.  

The building consists of 21, 2,000 square foot units, each having 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  The larger 2 suites have 2,500 square feet and have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
